Malignant Melanoma in Nasal and Paranasal Cavity

Abstract

|
|
Authors reported four cases of primary nasal and paranasal malignant melanoma. In three cases, the X-ray irradiation was followed to radical surgery. No surgery was performed on the last case, because of the patient´s refusal. ´No evidence of tumor recurrence was noted in two out of three surgically remedied cases three years after treatment. However, in one case, the same kind of tumor was noted in the opposite side of nasal cavity 34 months after the initial surgery
